Cloudflare may maintain technical access records and aggregated operational analytics according to its applicable service configuration and retention practices. MM Digital does not use Cloudflare's available aggregated analytics to track, profile, or analyze individual Website visitors. Cloudflare's infrastructure and security functions may involve technical mechanisms determined by Cloudflare and the configuration of its services. MM Digital does not intentionally deploy analytics or advertising cookies through Cloudflare. This Policy does not claim that every Cloudflare security mechanism or cookie is active on the Website. Any such mechanism must be assessed according to its actual purpose and configuration.

7. Google Fonts

The Website uses Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google's external servers, including fonts.googleapis.com.

When a visitor's browser requests font resources, technical information associated with that request, including the visitor's IP address, may be transmitted to Google. The use of externally hosted Google Fonts is disclosed for transparency concerning third-party network requests and related processing. 8. Video content and optional YouTube fallback

The Website primarily uses locally hosted video content. YouTube is available only as a fallback option that the visitor may choose to activate. YouTube content is not automatically loaded for every visitor merely because the Website is opened. When a visitor chooses to activate the YouTube fallback, the browser may connect to Google or YouTube infrastructure. Following that activation, Google or YouTube may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their applicable privacy practices. Where prior consent is required under applicable law for non-essential storage or access associated with YouTube content, that consent must be obtained before the relevant technology is activated. Visitors who do not activate the YouTube fallback do not need to use YouTube to access the Website's primary locally hosted video content.

9. External Cal.com scheduling

The Website provides a link to an external Cal.com scheduling page. The Cal.com scheduling interface is not embedded into the MM Digital Website. Cal.com resources are not loaded through the Website's scheduling link before the visitor chooses to follow it. When a visitor clicks the link, the Cal.com page opens in a new browser tab. Cal.com may then use cookies or similar technologies in connection with its own scheduling service, subject to its applicable privacy practices and legal obligations. Scheduling information is handled through Cal.com and the connected Google Calendar services. Google Meet meeting links may be generated through that scheduling process. Cookies or browser storage used by the external Cal.com page are not represented as technologies automatically placed by the MM Digital Website merely because the Website contains a link to that service.

MM Digital does not currently operate website visitor analytics or advertising-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Google Ads conversion tracking.

MM Digital does not use the Website to:

Cloudflare's technical infrastructure processing is separate from the use of dedicated analytics or advertising tools by MM Digital. If MM Digital introduces analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, it will update this Policy and implement any legally required information and consent mechanisms before activating those technologies.

Under applicable electronic communications and data protection laws, storing information on a visitor's device or accessing information already stored on that device may require prior consent. Applicable law may provide exceptions for technical storage or access that is necessary for the transmission of communications or for providing a service expressly requested by the visitor. The Website's ms-nav session-storage item is used solely for temporary navigation functionality and does not contain personal data or serve a tracking purpose.
